Scroll - Pitcher - Early & Lush example

This is a piece of “art pottery” decorated with a documented scroll pattern. Measures 6x 4". Made in Devon England at the Torquay Potteries. Antique pottery sold as found, images show condition of piece... A rare exaple by Exeter circa 1890. Hairline to handle, but still offered because it presents well. It is so rare to see a motto on a scrole piece.
