Oddball - Exeter Cauldron - Cheeky Motto

This piece is adorned with a pattern called “ Primrose” – it is a less common pattern and quite charming. Measures 3.5x7". Made in Devon England at the Torquay Potteries. Antique pottery sold as found, images show condition of piece... circa 1920, with a cheeky motto... Better slip the foot than the tongue. Wonderful example by Exeter.
